The Board


President: Aditya Banerji

Adi is a junior pursuing a BBA from the Ross School of Business. This past summer he interned at Citigroup in New York rotating through corporate banking, investment banking and capital markets. He will be returning to Citi in their Capital Markets division. On campus, Adi works as a Residential Advisor in West Quad. In his spare time, he enjoys following Manchester United and traveling.


Co-VP of Finance: Chris Goersch

Chris is a junior pursuing a BBA degree at the Ross School of Business. Upon graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in finance. This summer, Chris interned at Legg Mason. Last summer, Chris worked at Johnsen, Fretty & Company, a boutique investment bank with a focus on the out-of-home media industry. Apart from academics, Chris loves playing soccer, basketball, golf and is an avid fisherman in the summer.


VP of Logistics: Robby Handa

Robby is a junior pursuing a BS degree in Statistics. This past summer, Robby interned in Information Technology at Merck in Boston. In past years, Robby has had a wide variety of internship experiences ranging from sales & marketing to advertising. In his free time, Robby enjoys playing IM sports, watching college football, and listening to music.


VP of Member Development: Paige O’Piela

Paige is a junior pursuing a BBA degree at the Ross School of Business. Upon graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in consulting. This summer, she interned at Sinelli & Associates and studied abroad in Croatia for 2 weeks. She also cofounded a local, organic cosmetic company. Outside of school, Paige enjoys running, cooking and watching the Detroit Tigers.


VP of Strategy: Wendy Ishmaku

Wendy is a junior pursuing a BBA degree from the Ross School of Business with an interest in finance. This past summer, she interned at Mahle Industries Inc., a global auto manufacturing firm, in their accounting department. Outside of work, Wendy manages a non-profit organization titled Giving Pack that engages communities to provide school supplies and resources to underprivileged school systems. In her spare time, she is passionate about learning about different cultures, music, and spending time with family and friends.


VP of Information Technology: Jessie Yang

Jessie is a junior BBA at the Ross School of Business and is also pursuing a CS minor. She plans to concentrate in strategy/consulting. This summer, she had an amazing time interning in Chicago for United Airlines in Airport Operations Finance. Last summer, she studied abroad at Shanghai Jiaotong University. In her free time, she loves to travel, vlog and code.


VP of Marketing: Autumn Coulter

Autumn is a junior pursuing a BBA degree at the Ross School of Business with a minor in German. She hopes to start her career in the media and entertainment industry and worked at NBCUniversal as an Ad Sales intern this past Summer. On campus, she is a production member for the WOLV-TV show “Turned On” and is involved with Mind Matters at Ross. In her spare time, Autumn likes to attend Group-X classes at the IM building, facetime her family, and watch her favorite show Big Brother.


VP of Social: Aditi Patel

Aditi is a sophomore pursuing a BA degree in Economics. Over the summer, Aditi interned at Sita Incorporated, a hospitality corporation. There she helped with marketing and sales. In her free time, Aditi enjoys running, Netflixing, watching Game of Thrones, and spending time with friends and family. Upon graduation, she hopes to join a consulting firm with an emphasis on economic consulting.


Co-VP of Finance: Neil Kasarla

Neil is a sophomore pursuing a BBA degree at the Ross School of Business. Over the summer, Neil took a course in financial accounting and continued to operate an investment fund. In his free time, Neil likes to play football, soccer and basketball. Upon graduation, he hopes to join a professional wealth management firm.


VP of Operations: Zach Friedman

Zach is a Sophomore in Ross pursuing a minor in Applied Statistics. This summer, he worked at Ultimate Software, a tech company focused on human resource software development. Zach worked with the business development team and synthesized dashboards containing data analysis for the firm’s executives. Zach is interested in pursuing a career in consulting after graduating. Some of his hobbies include solving Rubik’s Cubes, rowing, and watching sports.
